Overview
The Team Manager will lead, develop and support the sales team members to meet and/or exceed commercial target and elevate the Tiffany Pop-Up store experience. You will assume complete oversight for the store. You will be dynamic, attentive and an inspiring leader who builds relationships with internal and external clients; someone who could be called a mentor, a coach, and who acts as a Guest Experience Manager, ensuring unsurpassed client service. This role will support the temporary Pop-up for the period leading up to its opening mid-November, 2024 through its closure mid-January, 2025. However, a successful candidate with the available mobility may have the opportunity to continue in this role to support further Pop-up stores in Charleston, NC and Birmingham, AL in 2025, working in our full-line Tiffany stores for the periods in between with an opportunity for placement in a full-line store at the end of the final assignment as well.
